SINOMER UVU6203-3DF is a two-component (Part A and Part B) dual-cure aliphatic polyurethane polyurea methacrylate elastomer resin designed for DLP 3D printing. Used with curing agent: UVU6203CA-3DE.It offers:

Hollow shoe soles
High-toughness, wear-resistant, flexible, and elastic printed objects
Mixing Ratio: Part A : Part B = 91% : 9%
Add 1.5% – 2% photoinitiator and mix evenly
Recommended printing temperature: 20°C – 25°C
Standard exposure time: 6s – 10s
DLP printing time: >11 hours
Post-printing: Clean and bake at 80°C – 100°C for 1–2 hours
Recommended service temperature range for printed parts: -20°C to 80°C
